Webinar Description:

Meeting the needs of young children while staying passionate about our work is no easy task! Often our own needs as a helper aren't prioritized and we can get into a rut. Utilizing reflective supervision is imperative to understanding our own experiences within our work. Building our self-awareness allows us to be more effective interventionists. Learning more about how you are with young children and their families is your most important tool.

About Our Speaker: Kristyn Driver, LMSW
IMH-E® Clinical Mentor

Kristyn Driver is an Endorsed® infant mental health clinician and reflective supervisor/consultant currently providing reflective supervision for early childhood professionals throughout South Carolina. Driver is also a licensed social worker and has provided relationship-focused clinical services in the homes of infants, young children and their families across Southeastern Michigan for more than 15 years.

Recognizing how rewarding, yet challenging and isolating early childhood work can be, Driver is passionate about creating the felt experience of safety for early childhood professionals through reflective supervision. She has helped professionals in many cross-sectors of the early childhood field explore their work more deeply through individual and group reflective supervision across the country.

*Time spent at this event counts toward IMH-E® and ECMH-E® training or renewal requirements. We recommend consulting the Competency Guidelines associated with your Endorsement® category to confirm. Contact SCIMHA Endorsement Coordinator Jean Cimino with questions.
