South Carolina Infant Mental Health Association's Study Group is a professional development opportunity open to all SCIMHA members.
SCIMHA's study group is an interactive experience that works best when all attendees actively participate. We will join together in a reflective space and will focus on how our work and life experiences relate to the information shared in the professional development offering.
SCIMHA's study group will meet to review this reading:
Supervisory Dilemma #6 (pg. 174) from:
Heffron & Murch (2010), Reflective Supervision & Leadership in Infant and Early Childhood Programs, ZERO TO THREE, Washington D.C.
This study group session will be facilitated by Kristyn Driver, LISW-CP, IMH-E®, SCIMHA's Reflective Supervision Program Manager and Megan Smith, MT-BC, LCAT, IMH-E®, SCIMHA's IECMH Training and Reflective Supervision Specialist.
Participating in Study Group:
1. Please read the dilemma and consider the reflective questions prior to the study group gathering.
2. Turn your microphone and video camera on for the best interactive discussion experience.
